Mobile’s Unified Development Code

Regardless of your business or where you live, you need to be concerned with the City of Mobile’s update zoning code.  This code will govern industrial, commercial, and residential growth for years to come. 

Please take the time to review the zoning maps and learn what to expect for Mobile in the years to come.  The City has extended the public comment period, and public comments are now due Monday, April 8^th
