Charter Revoked

Loper Law LLC is pleased with the Alabama Charter School Commission’s decision today to revoke Woodland Prep’s charter. We have been leading the fight against this bad charter school that was not wanted by the people of Washington County for well over a year. We are thrilled for the students, parents, and community of Washington County. We applaud the Commission for taking action against a group that clearly did not have the students’ best interest as its driving force. There are many good charter schools around this nation that complement the local public school systems and work together to make their communities stronger and better. Woodland Prep was not one of them.
