Thomas Matthew Loper is a Mobile, Alabama native. Tom graduated from the University of Alabama and from the University of Alabama School of Law. Tom began his legal career practicing at one of the largest law firms in Washington, DC and worked on a variety of legal issues, primarily involving commercial matters in Latin America. While living and working in Washington, Tom continued his education and earned a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University School of Business. Tom returned to Mobile in 2012 and has continued to successfully represent businesses, labor unions, and individuals throughout the Gulf Coast region.Read more
Debbie Amsbaugh serves as a Legal Assistant at Loper Law LLC. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Economics. She spent nine years in the State University System of Florida in Administrative Services developing business applications. While taking a career break to raise her children, she lived in The Netherlands for three years. Debbie returned to the States and held various volunteer and board positions throughout the years. She brings years of experience in business processes, development and marketing. When she isn’t at work, Debbie enjoys walking her dog, Fendi, attending book club and keeping tabs on her children in college.
